If we were real, we would definitely meet every week, without fail. Hypothetically, we really would. Honest.

Bring us your hardest demo problems, and we will pretend to solve them.

This would be a typical event setup for my son’s cub scout pack, a 3-day event with RSVPs requested and families encouraged to pay online.

You can step through the RSVP process to see how the prompt to pay online appears after the user enters basic information. You can simulate a payment with a test credit card.

Coaches, please register using the RSVP form and add the names of each athlete as part of your registration.

The “Guest” fields have been changed to say “Athlete” with a tweak to the form template code. The default code

Guest ###

(+) Add more guests

has been changed to:

Athlete ###

(+) Add more athletes

You can make this change on the Event Options page linked to each RSVPMaker post.

Tweaking the rsvpguests shortcode.

This is an example of an online event where the organizers are in Sydney, Australia, but people from around the world are invited to attend. When you click the Show in my timezone button, the equivalent times are shown in the header of the event and also in the table below.

The JavaScript timezone conversion routine searches the body of the post for any content tagged with the tz_convert class. In the case of a table, you can apply the class to the entire table, and each cell of the table will be searched. You just specify the time all by itself in a format like 3:00 PM or 15:00.
